home-made crema de fruta

ingredients:
1 can fruit cocktail
1 pack/box transparent gelatin
2 packs graham crackers
2 packs/cans condensed milk
2 packs all purpose cream
1 can peaches or half kilo mangoes
1. drain can of fruit cocktail
2. mix condensed milk & all purpose cream. it depends on how sweet you want it.. i usually use 1 3/4 can condensed milk & 1 1/4-1 1/2 pack all purpose cream. (with my experience, the sweetness usually lessens once it gets cold kaya sinisimulan kong mejo matamis)
3. put the mixture in a pan on low heat. mix it until it gets thick. (this requires full attention kase if you leave the mixture, didikit siya and masusunog so dapat low heat lang talaga and continuous mixing and i use more mixture because as it gets thicker, it appears less hehe)
4. lay your graham crackers on your pan. spread the mixture. add fruit cocktail. lay another layer of graham crackers and mixture. put sliced peaches or mangoes. (that's what i usually put on top, you can change it depending on what fruit you want to use hehe, i also pick the small cherries from the fruit cocktail and put them in between the peaches/mangoes. para dagdag presentation hehe)
5. prepare your transparent gelatin (just follow the instructions on the box)
6. spread it on your prepared crema. allow to cool for a few minutes and put in the freezer for 30 minutes - 1 hour or until your crema appears really formed. when it is ready, just leave it on your refrigerator, not on the freezer kase maninigas hehe and then serve!

*dapat thick ung cream ha, kase magiging sloppy ung crema.. ung mga dumikit sa pan, papakin niyo na lang, instant yema un hehe
