 first post in my nss blog....

I guess I should at least tell you bakit trip ko lagi phoenix. I guess it was just the idea that after death, there is still life. Resurrection nga kung baga (haha.. can relate ba with the last name?). Imoortality. From the pyre, out comes new life. Simple symbolism. We've all had our share of ashes, we've been burned and scarred, oftentimes too deply, but we rise from the fall and we move on. We are born again. Kinda optimistic, diba?

So there you go... the reason why I always want to be associated with that mythical bird. I was even reading some historical stuff about it and the Phoenix is closely related to the sun, and with loyalty... so the more that I get attached to it kasi feeling ko bagay sa akin. Haha.

I got an email from a friend. Maybe it was trivial, but it bothered me. I hate it kasi when people question my loyalty... eh to begin with, magkaiba naman kasi yung dalawang tao. So why does it seem like I have to pick one over the other? It's not as if I'd totally stopped being active sa Tribe. Yeah, I haven't been going to shows.. pero I still talk to them. I still post sa site once in a while. And maski naman dati, diba, I wasn't THAT active sa performances. Nagpupunta lang ako pag major event. Kesyo bumalik daw ako kay Nina.. duh! In the first place, nawala ba ako sa NSS? Yeah, may time na talagang hindi ako nakakapagpost... which was really crazy kasi that was on BOTH sites, NSS AND the Tribe! Parang.. ano ba... give me a little credit naman.  

I guess what really ticks me off is the fact that it came from HER. She of all people should know that the reason why I've been inactive is coz of work. She should know how much I value both artists... and if time permits (and if Nanay permits), pupunta ako sa kung anumang lakad. Palibhasa kasi siya, magbibitaw na ayaw na dun sa isa, sabay isang text lang, nagkakandarapaa bumalik. Tsss. In denial. I sooo wanna punch her right now.  

Then again, she probably didn't mean any harm when she sent me that. Pero, langya, ang taklesa niya naman.
