King of Popcoustic Nyoy Volante says that his romantic relationship with Soul Siren Nina is not getting in the way of their respective careers despite the two not releasing new albums that have been anticipated by fans since early this year.


The last time Nyoy released an album, "OPM Klasiks," was in mid-2004 while Nina, in early 2005 dubbed "Nina Live!" In the local music industry, the usual album output for artists is one per year according to standard contracts offered to them by record labels.

Is it true that the number of shows Nyoy does locally have dwindled because Nina keeps on asking him to fetch her after her shows?

"Why would she do that when she has her own car and driver? <<Nina and I both believe in retaining the friendship we built our romantic relationship on and not making it exlcusive to just us is key to that.
